Technical Coaching
Elevate athletic performance through training or technical components
Remote Coach - 30 min
Submit video recordings for technical analysis or race analysis including pace and stroke corrections. Emailed detailed responses
Virtual Coaching - 60 min
Live virtual coaching with either simultaneous in-water video (ie. FaceTime or WhatsApp) or via zoom and a pre-recorded video
